Run of the Mill 5k – July 10, 2010

Thank you for visiting the official Run of the Mill 5K website.

We hope you take time to register today and be part of the longest concurrent event in the City of Mill Creek WA. We are celebrating our 25th year this year and have a fantastic event planned for the community!

Since Mill Creek’s Columbia Funding Mortgage took over as the organizer of the event 5 years ago, the “Run of the Mill” 5k was reestablished as a charity event. This changed allowed locally owned business’ to give back to the community with a fun event while also providing much needed funds to some very worthy local charities. The Run of the Mill committee’s is committed to providing support and encouragement for cancer patients and to celebrate the efforts of runners who use their passion for fitness to help us raise the funds we donate.

Last year the ROTM donated a total of $43,000 to local charities including $38,000 to the Linda Baltzell Cancer Patient Assistance Fund at Providence Regional Cancer Partnership in Everett, WA. The Run also donated approximately $5,000 to a number of charities and has a secondary support emphasis on supporting local high school Track and Cross Country programs.
